About SGF.

Hi there! I’m Amanda 🦐 An ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a PN Level 1 Nutrition Certified Coach. But more importantly, I’m someone who’s been through a whole lotta fitness journeys over the years and am here to help others find a path that works for them!

 

I started lifting back in 2013, dipping in and out of the bodybuilding world where I even competed for a fews years in both NPC and NANBF bikini divisions. From the stage lights and fake tans (yes even I had to tan), to the grind of nutrition and training prep, I learned a lot about discipline, confidence, and pushing past my own mental and physical limits.

 

After bodybuilding, my curiosity (or likely undiagnosed ADHD) pulled me in new directions! A year of Olympic weightlifting, two years of Muay Thai, and more recently, I’ve tested (and am still testing) my strength and endurance as a solo HYROX competitor in the world of hybrid fitness racing.

 

All of those experiences shaped how I coach today. I know what it feels like to be brand new, to feel intimidated in a gym, to chase big goals, and to reinvent yourself over and over again.

 

My coaching style is approachable, no-ego, and focused on you! Your wins, your comfort, your growth. I want fitness to feel like something you look forward to, not something you dread.

 

Whether you’re here to build strength, boost confidence, move better, or just feel a little more at home in your body, I’m here to help guide you with encouragement, a bit of cozy shrimpy fun, and zero judgment.
